Do you offer support?
We do offer support but keep in mind that only the plugin owners can modify their plugins. We can report a bug in the plugin and it's up to the plugin owner to update that plugin. We had made sure to use only recently updated plugins that work with the current version of WordPress. We offer 30 days free support. If you would like support after that then we do offer an optional monthly maintenance subscription service.
Do you offer hosting?
We don't offer hosting but if you would like a really awesome hosting company, check out Hostinger. We use them and they are affordable and reliable.
How long does installation take?
Once your domain is fully resolved to your hosting, installation takes about 5 minutes. Once installed, your site will look exactly like the demo. You can then customize it to your liking. It's WordPress so the possibilities are endless.
What is AI Marketing?
With the Pro and Pro Plus editions, you get our AI Marketing package. This package includes 4 AI generated blog posts (One per week) of 1000 words including 5 of your keyword phrases as well as a SEO friendly Title, Description and Permalinks for each post. It also includes 4 AI generated images based on your niche/keywords for the featured images of your blog posts.
What is AI generated artwork?
With the Pro Plus edition, you get 8 AI generated artwork pieces for your social networking community site. These are normally created for specific WordPress pages. In most cases these images are used on the front page of your community site to showcase what your site is about. Remember, with a WordPress site, you can create your very own unique front page to showcase your social network.
